The 2016 LinkedIn UK Talent Trends Survey found that two of the key roadblocks to candidates changing jobs were ‘not knowing what it’s really like to work at the company’ (44% of candidates) and ‘not understanding what’s really expected of the role’ (33% of candidates). Building an understanding of both the candidates’ values and goals and the company’s, is absolutely vital to finding candidates a satisfying and rewarding role. Trying to find a new role can be quite a daunting experiencing, however what I found working with Karen is that her enthusiasm is infectious. Karen listened to what I had to say and we had a long and productive conversation about what I wanted and whether the role was right for me.
